 I love the look but.... |
| I absolutely love the look of this shelving unit. I also have the matching shelf/baskets that hangs on the wall. The assembly for this was very difficult however. It took 4 hands, a drill, a phillips head and a regular screwdriver to get it right. The baskets are the hardest part. You have to assemble each basket. The metal tabs that hold the basket together utilize screws. Some of the metal tabs were bent to I had to bend them into place, which made some of them break. The basket is completely useless without even one tab. Once the whole unit is all together there is a backing that you have to screw into place. I had to use a drill because the finish on the wood was such that it made screwing in by hand impossible. Once together it is very sturdy and very attractive. I think it is worth the money and trouble. It can be used in a child's room for many many years and then in other rooms of your home once baby/child outgrows it. |

| I was hesitant to buy this product after reviewing the other comments about the assembly being difficult. I was able to assemble this whole unit by myself. I started with the baskets and they were a breeze. I noticed that someone said the sides didn't match up on theirs. You have to be careful because 2 sides are longer than the other 2, so I bet they put the sides on all wrong. The only thing I did not like about the baskets are the colors of the liners. I would have liked to choose my own colors as the baby room is done in pastel colors. Other than that, I love the shelf and plan on going back to buy one more. The baskets work great for storing bibs, burp cloths and small baby toys. Was very pleased with this product and would tell others to give it a try! |

| I looked in the store and on line at this item for many months awaiting the arrival of my baby girl. I happened to read the reviews on this item and was dissapointed at the low raiting of quality this product recieved, as it matched perfectly with my daughters room. I decided to take a chance and try it out. Thank goodness I did. I love it!!! It's pretty and sturdy and a great space saver. The others say the baskets are impossible, I did not find them so. With a little patience it was a breeze to put together and I am thrilled with it. |
